Unpure skin, black heads, pimples or acne – I've had it all! That's not a fact I'm happy about. But I'm really the right person to give you tipps to get rid of imperfections.

STAY HEALTHY - FROM OUTSIDE AND INSIDE

Of course there are a lot of possibilites to get rid of unpure skin. I've tried a couple of things: Prescription drugs, natural ways like a colon, chemical creams and also home remedies. Today I would love to show you seven things you can do to get rid of unpure skin in a natural way at home. But remember to keep your body healthy from the inside. We're all just human beings having some cravings. After eating some chocolate or fried food, drinking alcohol and having an unhealthy lifestyle it is not uncommon to see some new "friends" on the skin like pimples. So, how is it possible to get rid of them as fast as it's possible? I usually try to follow the next seven remedies before using heavy creams or antibiotics:

1. HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF PIMPLES: CHAMOMILE INHALATION

Every now and then it is really good for your skin to fill up a pot with boiling water and some tea bags of chamomile in it. Chamomile is anti-inflammatory and supports wound-healing, so perfect against inflammations on your skin. You just need:

  • a pot,
  • a big towel,
  • chamomile tea,
  • boiling waterUsually I take 5 bags of organic chamomile tea to put in one liter of boiling water. Wait some minutes before you put your head under the towel. Place your face beyond the pot with a little distance, so it's not getting too hot. I usually wait 7-10 minutes, to open up pores and to let your skin soak in your cremes perfectly afterwards.

2. HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF PIMPLES: TEE TREE OIL

I have to admit that tea tree oil is not everybody's darling: Often people get reactions because of the essential oil, so start using it in a mixture with water or urine. Just apply it on a cotton pad and then directly on the spots you want to dry out and get an anti-inflammatory effect for. Use it once a day and watch your skin – in case you get a reaction you should change the mixture or stop using it.

3. HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF PIMPLES: DON'T DO NOTHING AND LEAVE EVERYTHING OUT OF YOUR FACE

I really love to relax at home during weekends or just chill somewhere with friends at the beach or watching series. During these times I don't to nothing with my skin. Not washing it, not putting cremes on the spots or covering pimples. I just leave it how it is and watch the process. Do you see an improvement on Monday morning after a detox weekend? In case you do, maybe you should try to keep on doing it. Of course it is not so easy to go to work like this or catch up with friends, especially when the skin still has red areas. But after a couple of weeks it should be regenerated (especially in combination to a clean eating diet) and look fresher and healthier.

4. HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF PIMPLES: DON'T TOUCH!

This sounds really easy and logical. But for me it is one of the hardest things to do. Because often I touch my skin – especially when it is bad – to check if the pimples are getting better or worse. But try to remember: Touching is forbidden! It can happen that bacteria gets on your skin and causes an inflammatory process. Or otherwise, when you also try to squeeze a little bit, the inflammation might get bigger or gets even deeper in your skin – and this might cause a scar after healing.

5. HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF PIMPLES: NUTRITION AND FASTING

I tried to find out what food is not good for me. In this case there are a lot of opinions of what is correct or not. For me it is my personal experience I can tell you about. And I'm really sure after years and years of experiments with food in relation to my skin that there are special things like bread or cheese that I get pimples from.  Just try it: Avoid everything that is highly processed (have a look at the ingredients and try to avoid products with too many things in it – especially when you don't know what it is like special kind of additives). Also leave sugar, bread, milk and cheese in the shelf. Drink a lot of water and watch your skin. When my skin's getting worse I always eat clean and try some days with intermittent fasting.

By the way: In case you watch your skin gets better, than start eating one forbidden product per week like bread, to see if there's a relation of this food to your skin.

6. HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF PIMPLES: MOVEMENT

A healthy lifestyle is really important for a healthy body and beautiful skin. My personal experiences are that going to gym or outside for a run is so good when I have a bad skin day. The blood circulation gets higher and you get more oxygen in your cells what is perfect for regeneration. After sports my skin always looks younger and fresher.

7. HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF PIMPLES: DRINK, DRINK, DRINK

You guys really need water for the metabolic processes in your body. It is important to stay hydrated and of course to help your body to clean itself. I usually see immediately on my skin when I drink too less. I get more pimples, look tired and get itchy areas on my body. So, try to drink 2 liters per day to keep your body processes on a good level.

Also wieder was gelernt Danke. 😀
    LG
